Facelifted Audi Q3 Priced in India At Rs. 29 Lakh - Specs & Features Overview

The new Audi Q3 is here. Promoted with the tag line 'Start Young. Live Big.' the facelifted variant of the 2015 Audi Q3 is ready to roll out on the streets in India. Out of the promised 10 new launches in the country, Q3 is the fifth one. The SUV's facelift brings thinner LED headlamps, new LED turn indicators on the rear, new bonnet grille design & bigger air scoops in the front fender. On the design front, there's the new 17-inch alloy wheels that will definitely catch your attention and not-to-mention the 3 new colours give users a better choice.

The SUV is going to be available in three variant - The base S trim is priced at Rs. 28.99 lakh, the Premium trim for Rs 33.99 lakh and the Premium Plus trim for Rs 37.5 lakh. Powered by the same 35 TDI quattro Diesel engine (coupled with e 7-speed S-tronic dual clutch transmission), the Q3 generates 177hp of top power at 4,200rpm and max torque of 380Nm between 1,750-2500rpm. The engine comes with common rail injection system and exhaust-gas turbocharging.

Featuring a top speed of 212 km/h, the 2015 Audi Q3 goes from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.2 seconds and is said to have a mileage of 15.73 kmpl.

If you take a look at the interiors of this model, there's a 4-spoke design leather-covered steering wheel & gear knob that stand out and so do the premium colour combination of black, creamy beige and grey spread out across various elements of the cabin. There's visibly bigger legroom for the driver and a bootspace of 460 litres when all 5-seats are being used. 

The high-resolution 6.5-inch TFT colour MMI display at the center of the dashboard comes with a Bluetooth interface and an Audi music interface (having a 20GB Jukebox). 

The rider's safety is taken care of with provision of six airbags, anti-glare mirrors, hill-descent assist, side-on collision protection, ABS, ESC and ASR (traction control).
